Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

I acknowledge my understanding of Premier Academy Sports and confirm that I possess the necessary skills and physical fitness to participate. I take full responsibility for ensuring that the environment is safe before I begin. I recognize that participating in sports involves inherent risks, including the possibility of serious injury, permanent disability, or even death. These risks may result from my actions, the actions of others, the condition of the facilities, or other external factors. I willingly accept these risks and assume full responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage I may experience. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, liabilities, legal fees, or losses that may arise from my participation.

Payment of Fees

Session spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure your child’s participation, please make sure to pay the full term, monthly, or camp fees before the start date. Additionally, please note that there will be no deductions from the term, month, or camp fee for voluntary holidays.

Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make-up classes for missed sessions due to illness are available and must be scheduled during the current term, subject to availability. A sick certificate must be submitted.

Re-Scheduling and Cancellations and Force Majeure

Premier Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or events at any time. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance and offer alternative arrangements when possible. Force majeure events include extreme weather, pandemics, and other uncontrollable circumstances.

Photography & Media Use

Premier Academy may take photographs or videos at training sessions or events for promotional use. By participating, players consent to their image being used in such materials unless they notify Premier Academy in writing.

Lost Property and Personal Belongings

Students are advised not to bring valuable items to training sessions, as the Academy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. They must take care of their property and assume liability during sessions.

If an item is lost, please inform coaches or Academy staff, who will try to help locate it. Found items will be taken to the security office or securely stored by staff.

Code of Conduct

Punctuality is essential – Parents should ensure their children are dropped off and picked up from training on time; Students are strictly prohibited from using mobile phones during Academy activities. All company equipment and facilities must be respected.

Students or parents must not engage in any behavior that could endanger the health, safety, or well-being of coaches, parents, participants, officials, or any other attendees.

Students are expected to arrive fully prepared for training sessions, wearing their complete Academy kit. They should also bring all the necessary equipment, including appropriate footwear, a water bottle, sun protection, and a hat, among other items.

By registering for Premier Academy’s training sessions and events, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in our policies.
